1. The Platform
Elqorvane is a digital platform providing data analysis, automated insights and digital workflow tools. Access is subject to approval via the access request process described on the Contact page. The platform is provided for lawful, personal and professional use only.
2. Access and Accounts
Access to the Elqorvane platform is granted on an individual basis following review of an access request. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.
- Upload or transmit any material that is harmful, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
- Reverse engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.
4. Platform Availability
We aim to keep the Elqorvane platform available at all times but cannot warrant uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or due to circumstances outside our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design and functionality of the Elqorvane platform is the intellectual property of Elqorvane Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any licence to use, copy or distribute platform content beyond what is necessary for normal use of the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Elqorvane Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for access in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these terms or if continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users. You may request termination of your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
